stop to smell the roses

yesh i know the cliche phrase " stop to smell the roses" meaning to take time to appreciate a situation or slow down to pay attention to what's going on around you. Usually tell that to somebody who is too busy to enjoy life.

well, i can also interpret it as somebody who is living a hectic fast-paced life.

i'm a person who like to walk fast, do things chop chop, abit on the impatient side if things slow down and don't move on. It's not the environment who moulded me into what i'm now, rather i see it as an "in-built" characteristics in me. haha, i am more suitable for japan's lifestyle?

not that i don't stop to smell the roses, it's just simply i want to see all the different flowers in the whole garden within a short span of time before deciding what kind of flowers beside roses i want to really stop to smell its fragrance. well, it's a kind of simple metaphor thingy if you get what i mean. i don't even know if anyone will takes his/her time to read it all through and get what i mean. haha simply the phrase just got stuck in my head while walking back home in drizzling rain. (no gd prac of bringing an umbrella out still)

haiz, i got so many things and movies i wanna watch. but it seems to me like everyone is so busy while i am like so free now? i mark exam papers mark till too fast liao.

i had a nightmare and it was silly cos i didn't even watch that scary horror movie "Darah" at all and i got nightmares over it?! poof! it must be the trailer on the advertisement la! diao.
