sweat it out

Has been jogging recently!

I will try to do running on a regular basis from now on! need alot of endurance and motivation esp. when my bum refuses to move away from my bed. I can see all the flabs and cellutite forming already. HAHA!

Have to curb myself from eating too much high sugar high salt high cholestrol food!

I wonder within such a short span of time, can i reach my targeted timing for the run?
