2.痘痘天敌:非巧克力,而是碘

我的皮肤已经不能恢复以前了!可是,我发现到一个天大的"秘密"---如何拥有好皮肤!
1。每天喝两公升的水 (我已经尝试了一个星期,果然有效!) of course, my complexion is improving but not FLAWLESS OK! yup cos in the past 10 years, i been drinking vvv little amt of water, like only less than 800ml a day! OMG, i totally regret my past wrongdoings!
2。每天早睡早起 ( yup, i am trying to do that everyday now! i must admit it really makes you more concentrate on your work and lift up your spirit! plus great health!)
3. 要常做运动和健康固定时间饮食 (this is very important and with great health brings great complexion! exercise helps u tone your muscles and slim down! Do not skip meals and eat less because there will be detrimental effects on your health and eventually your skin!
i realise my complexion got a little tint of glow and not so pale like last time!) heehee!
4. 每天洗脸和一定要用makeup remover for face and for eyes!(有差别的噢!)
5。尽量不要化妆!如果有必要的话,就淡妆好了!(definition of light makeup for me means mascara, lipgloss and eyebrows. I am already starting not to use blusher! foundation? it really clog your pores in the long run manz!)
yes, all the pointers are the very usual points you always seen in magazine BUT can you really achieve all the points listed above???
