Never lose hope and faith in myself

Early this morning, i met my fyp tutor and yesss there's still ALOT ALOT of things to be add on and correct and BLAH BLAH! well, i know fyp has been making me stressful and causes me insomia and pimples outbreak and hormones imbalance BUT i think no matter what, LIFE still goes on and i still need to settle it till next year march when i get to hand in my fyp. So i am practicing this self motivation techniques and encourage myself to enjoy stuffs and take time to relax no matter how stressful how busy i am suppose to be. I can't believe i am actually looking forward to prepare for my exams because it will give me the perfect excuse to drift myself away from fyp. ehh, but the fact is that i still need to care and pei my fyp during exam period. *BIG MEGA HUMONGOUS SIGH* ok, now the only motivation is dec and i believe time will pass very quickly!




ok some quick things to share the thing i do whenever i feel stressful:




1. read people's blog. ya and some strangers blogs like u know blog hopping


2. watch tv


3. download dramas to watch online


4. play online games


5. online shopping ( don't really need to buy but look and fantasize lor)


6. chat with friends ( u can pour out your worries but don't always do that to one friend. spread it out! if not your friend will just ignore you! lol)


7. just relax and daydream for a while


8. SLEEP. yes i always do that whenever i feel major stress. through sleep will help u sort out ur mind abit. is not wasting time but rather relax your mind!
